-aro (Esperanto) comes from Russian -а́рь, from Proto-Slavic -ařь, from Gothic -𐌰𐍂𐌴𐌹𐍃, from Proto-Germanic -ārijaz, from Latin -ārius, from Proto-Italic *-āzios — Forms relational adjectives to nouns (and rarely numerals).
